Patients referred to us are normally on a waiting list with the local hospital for pain management treatment. All patients referred to us will have been reviewed by a hospital clinician and felt it can be appropriate for the patient to be seen within the community clinic.
It is important that all patients attending the clinic read the pre-procedure guidance in advanced of their appointment.
The clinician will explain the procedure when you arrive and the procedure will be performed during that appointment.
Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes each and you will discharged following treatment. Patients are not allowed to drive themselves home after the procedure, so please make sure necessary arrangements are made ahead of your appointment.
